The LEADS Network collaborates with ministry leaders and inspiring leaders called to strategically lead change, both within the church and marketplace to meet God’s kingdom goals and objectives. These leaders are responsible for identifying, training, and equipping disciples for leadership positions for the new millennium. 

The LEADS Network offers spiritual, career and leadership coaching. The LEADS Career Transformation Coaches that will help you identify your gifts, talents, passions, and personality traits to give focus, power, and dimension to your leadership. We endeavor to assist inspiring and upcoming leaders to move into their God given talents and gifts to be the leader God called them to be. The Career Transformation Coach will also work with you to review, edit, or write your resume, if needed. 

You will be equipped to:

• LEAD like Jesus as a servant leader.
• EMPOWERED to implement your divine assignment and destiny.
• ASSESS AND AFFIRM your leadership ability and understand your leadership style.
• DEMONSTRATE your ability to live your calling in ministry or career options.
• SHARPEN your God given gifts, talents, skills, and other characteristics.

Career Transformation Coaches will help you navigate your calling and career, provide Godly insights, and help you live your calling. A Career Transformation Coach will also help church leaders to identify their lay leaders or other members gifts, callings, and passions to better equip them for the work of ministry. 

Career Transformation Coaches will:

• Establish Vision – Work closely with you and take a holistic approach to help you understand your calling and/or career.
• Identify Your Personality Traits, Spiritual Gifts, and Leadership Style – Use of personality assessments, spiritual gifts assessments, leadership assessments to help you learn and understand more about yourself and identify suitable ministry callings and/or career options.
• Career Planning – Conduct various assessments, SWOT analysis, career mapping, and obtain a list of occupations that appear to be a good match with your spiritual gifts, talents, skills, passions, and other characteristics.
• Career Management – Work with you to identify career gaps and develop a career developmental plan, and a strategic short-term or long-term career plan and set achievable goals.
• Career Branding – Help you set up social media platforms (i.e., LinkedIn) to brand yourself, and set-up online and in-person networks. Help you to stand out from among other competitors by creating a video profile.
• Resume Help – Review and edit your current resume, or help you write a successful resume, CV, and cover letter and land a job. You can choose to have us write it for you. We can help you to stand out from among other competitors by creating a video resume.
• Interview Preparation – Prep you for interviews.

This network is endeavored to take discipleship and training to the next level of the 21st century. The LEADS Network will also hold forums and collaborate with leaders of churches to address issues, trends, conditions and/or obstacles within the church and outside. The network will work with leaders to strategically develop an online ministry and brand your ministry.

The network consists of the five fingers of God working together interchangeably fulfilling the Great Commission of building God’s Kingdom Embassy.
